CURRICULUM

Curriculum content is planned by the preschool staff to be developmentally appropriate for young children.  The staff meets monthly to plan and prepare activities to supplement each unit.  During the year, your child may enjoy some of the following topics and others as well.

-I am special and that is good!

-Colors/shapes/numbers                     
-Nursery rhymes are fun                   
-Alphabet fun
-Community helpers
-I use my 5 senses

-I have animal friends
-Caring for God’s world (ecology)

Music enrichment classes are provided each week.  The activities are planned and presented by Janet Carter, the music director at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church.
